Caesarean section is the birth of the fetus through an incision made in the abdominal wall and uterus. An operation will lead to a reduction of the mobilization of the patient's disorder. Therefore mobilization is an important activity in the postoperative period of cesarean section to prevent complications and speed up the process of uterine involution. If the early mobilization will probably not be done immediately can lead to complications that subinvolution, trhombosis and trhomboemboli. The aim of research to determine the relationship of early mobilization mother post cesarean section with uterine invlusi in Islamic Hospital in Bukittinggi 2015.This research is a descriptive cross sectional study design. The population in this study are all post SC mom departmnt obstetrics RSI Bukittinggi 2015. Samples numbered 34 people with a sampling technique that accidental sampling. By using the checklist sheet and sheet observasi.Data analyzed using independent t-tests.Most respondents to mobilize ≤12 hours (67.6%) and are not mobilized ≤12 hours (32.3%) and respondents who declined TFU 2 cm is (17.6%), TFU is 3 cm (52 , 9%), while the TFU 4 cm (29.4%).In conclusion there is a relationship of early mobilization in women with uterine involution post SC (p = 0.000). Is expected to be able to maintain the health workers and improve the implementation of early mobilization in patients with postpartum cesarean section because theeffect on uterine involution.
