Immobilization patients are unable to move freely, because of that nurses care should pay more attention in maintaining personal hygiene. Patient satisfaction is affected by personal hygiene nurshing care. Based on observations, nurshing practice often do not perform maintenance actions onpersonal hygiene Immobilization patient in lubuk Basung Hospital with in patient days ± 3 days, say that they have never given care of personal hygiene (bathing) by nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementation of the Personal Hygiene (Bathing) with Immobilization Patient Satisfaction in the surgery room in Lubuk Basung Hospital year 2015. The design of was preeksperimen with pretest and postest. Results of univariate analysis showed that all respondents (100 %) have low satisfaction levels prior to the act of personal hygiene and all respondents (100 %) have a high satisfaction rate action after personal hygiene (bathing). The results of the bivariate analysis there are differences in levels of patient satisfaction before and after immobilization held personal hygiene (Bathing) in the inpatient surgery in Lubuk Basung Hospital year 2015, the value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The conclution is a difference in the level of patient satisfaction before and after immobilization held personal hygiene (Bathing Patients). Suggestion : Expected nurses able to provide measures Personal Hygiene in patients Immobilization in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to increase patient satisfaction.
