Contraception widely used in the country is contraception syringe. Contraceptive containing hormones esterogen and progesterone syringe.Side effects Contraception syringe frequensy is increasing weight.This research is to find out the use of hypodemic Contraception to increase the weight.From this research is surveying analytic approaches to cros sectional study.the study is done i march and april 2015 through the checklist and observasion to guidea questionnaire with the respondests.But the population of this research is all the acceptors in clinIC Balingka distic the work koto dicperansary Agamusing simple random sampling techniques of the sample 73 people and in a test using the chi square. The research found half of respondents contraception syringe 3 months56,2 people (41%), and more than half of the respondents the increasing weight 69,9(by 51 people). The analysis result bivariat found no relationship siginifikan Contraception syringe with the weight( p=0,001)The conclusion is that there is a significabt relation by ing Contraception syringe, with the weight. Hopefully medicalscaff of health services,the nurses and the midwives in providing information on the aftere fects injection acceptors who often complained that increase the weight, to be poised to join the use of Contraception syringe.
