Spiritualities of nurse relate the nursing care to given. nurse have spiritual quotient can gift of service of treatment in more glorious context that is on the basis of religious service. In some of the literature has known a lot of weaknesses nurses in providing spiritual care . One thing that becomes a problem in spiritual service is discomfort and inability to recognize spirituality them self because of the attention to the spiritual aspects of the nurses still not as expected. The purpose is to know relation of spiritual quotient with nurse competencies in spiritual care in Islamic hospital Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang. This Study used cross sectional Approach. Population of this research is all nurse which on duty in Islamic hospital Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang amount of 41 sample. Result of analysis showed more than half (73,2%) responden has high spiritual intelligence and more than half (68,3%) responden has high competencies in spiritual care also. Result of bivariate analysis with correlation spearmen there are significancy relation (p=0,000) and positive pattern strong relation (r=0,652). The conclution is there are correlation between spiritual quotient nurse competencies in spiritual care in Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang in 2013.
