Chronic renal failure is a health issue the order to 10 in Indonesia. One way to improve the function of the kidneys is to do therapy Hemodialysis. T erapi hemodialysis should be run regularly in order to maintain a stable renal function so did not experience disease conditions are getting worse. In January to March 2015, the number of patients with chronic renal failure perform hemodialysis at the Hospital Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi as many as 232 patients. Results of interviews in 7 patients undergoing hemodialysis erapi t, 3 patients say bored doing hemodialysis therapy for a long time. The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Associated with Adherence Patients Undergoing Hemodialis a. Descriptive research method correlation with the approach cross sectional. The population of all patients who undergo hemodialysis therapy in hemodialysis hospital room Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi in 2015, an average of 88 people every month. Samples numbered 72 people, taken by accidental sampling, Data collected through an interview guided by a questionnaire guide. Analysts a the data is computerized with the statistical chi- square test and logistic regression. The survey results revealed that factors associated with adherence of patients undergoing a hemodialis are age (p = 0.016), motivation (p = 0.045 and OR = 3.375), and family support (p = 0.017 and OR = 4.179), whereas factors unrelated is gender (p = 0.053 and OR = 3.5 00) and the duration of hemodialysis (p = 0.056 and OR = 3.22, 6). The result is a multivariate analyst known factors most related to the compliance of patients undergoing hemodialysis is family support. It can be concluded that the factors most associated with the compliance of patients undergo hemodialysis is family support , Expected to nurses in the room in order to provide information and motivation in patients undergoing hemodialysis, in order that they can comply with the rules for undergoing hemodialysis
