Anemia in pregnancy is anemia due to iron deficiency. In 2014prevalensi anemic pregnant women at health centers Nilam Sari recorded 17.27% are anemic. This study aims to determine the relationship Knowledge about the diet of pregnant women with anemia Genesis 2015. The researchmethodisanalyticalresearch designused iscrossectional.Populaiinthis study were allpregnant women Trimester III by 50 orang. Sampling is a technique of determining by taking all members ofthe populationas are spondentor samples. Data analysis was done by Chi-Square test statisticusing the computerized system with a degree of confidence of 95% (p =0.05). From the results of this research is that of the 50 respondents, obtained knowledge of pregnant women about diet consisting of sufficient knowledge of more than half of the 33 people (66%) and pregnant women aged TM III (25-35tahun) by 44 (88%) had anemia, Chi-Square test results (bivariate) with a value of p = 0.00 means there is a significant association between knowledge about the diet of pregnant women with anemia in 2015. This study shows that knowledge of the mother is still low at 12 (24%) of respondents are not informed about the correct diet. Expected to midwives in order to improve education-education about the importance of regulating the correct diet to prevent anemia, so that pregnant women understand more about how to prevent anemia.
