FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN POSYANDU OLEH IBU BALITA DI KELURAHAN KURAO WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NANGGALO KOTA PADANG TAHUN 2015

Posyandu is one of the health service center in the village that allows people to know or check their health, especially for pregnant women and children under five. The data of Posyandu Puskesmas Nanggalo in 2013, the number of D / S or the level of community participation in Puskesmas Nanggalo showed that Nanggalo Villagehas the lowest precentage about 41.7%, Gurun Laweh Village as much as 52.8% and as much as 58.7% Surau Gadang. The purose of this research was to determine factors related to the utilization of Posyandu by mothers of children under five at Kurao Village in Work Area of Puskesmas Nanggalo at Padang City in 2015. Type of this research is cross sectional study. The population in this study is the mothers of children under five in the village Puskesmas Kurao Nanggalo as many as 1354 people. Sample as many as 87 by using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The analysis that the researcher used are analysis of univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. Based on the survey results revealed that (59.8%) Posyandu utilization by mothers of children under five is about (63.2%) low level of knowledge by mothersof children under five is about (46.0%) mothers of children under five with negative attitude, (39.1%) mothers of children under five do not working about (56.3%) and poor support of families. Bivariate analysis found there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes, employment and family support with utilization of Posyandu by mothers of children under five at Kurao Village in Work Area of Puskesmas Nanggalo at Padang City in 2015. Try to motivate mothers of children under five to come to posyandu in their working area. Also the improvisation of counseling sosialisation about the ustilization of mothers to come to posyandu is really needed by the workers of health. Counseling about the utilization of posyandu by the workers of helth needs to be improved.
