Satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment that emerged after comparing between what is obtained with the expectations. Patient satisfaction in the installation Inpatient Hospital Dr. Achmad Mochtar slightly below the Minimum Service Standard Installation Inpatient Hospital stipulated at about 90%. The aim of the researcsh was to examine the factors that influence patients satisfaction, namely communication, reliability, responsiveness and the relationship between these factors with patient satisfaction.This research is an analytical survey using cross sectional study. The samples in this research are 85 respondents with accidental sampling technique sampling. This research was conducted on 10th of June to July 2014 in patients Hospitalisation Men and Women's Hospital Interne Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Data collected through questionnaires. The results of this research, 96.5% nurse communication is good, 94.1% nurse reliability is good, 97,6% nurse responsiveness is good and 87,1% patients get satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between nurse communication with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.000. There is a significant relationship between nurse reliability with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.000. There is a significant correlation between nurse responsiveness with patient satisfaction with p value = 0.000.The conclusion of this research, there is a significant relationship between nurse communication, reliability, and responsiveness with patient satisfaction. As for advice for the hospital, the hospital must always give priority to patient’s satisfaction
