The type of research used in the study was analytic survey using the approach of cross sectional. As for the population of this research is the whole pregnant primigrávida Trimester HI in BPS "R" at the time of research in progress and sampled in this study are all expectant mothers primigrávida Trimester HI in BPS "R" with attention to inclusion and exclusion criteria with a total of 30 samples of respondents, and the technique of sampling done by accidental sampling. Data processing on this research with the computerized test chi square.Univariate analysis results obtained mostly i.e. 27 (90%) of pregnant women primigrávida trimester III has a moderate level of anxiety and most of that is 22 (73,3%) of pregnant women experiencing childbirth for long. The results of the analysis of the obtained relationships bivariat anxiety level IH Trimester pregnant mothers Primigrávida in labor in the face With' his longtime Labor Kala II’ (pvalue — 0,049 < 0.05), values OR 0:278.
