Achievement of postpartum visits in the midwife house practices Y Padang Panjang 2015 is the lowest coverage. While the achievements of the Government of the target is 90%. This study aims to determine the relationship of Education and Perceptions by Visiting Mother Postpartum to visit ruling In the midwife house practices Y Padang Panjang 2015. The research method is analytical research design is used cross sectional. Sample of 44 mothers with babies 0-6 months. The sampling technique by using Total Sampling technique is the determination by taking all members of the population as a respondent or samples. Data analysis was done by Chi-Square test statistic using the computerized system with 95% accurately (p = 0.05). From the results of this research above is that of the 44 respondents, more than half (56.81%) still have low education. Having a negative perception of more than half (63.6%) against postpartum visiting. Undoing postpartum visits more than half (65.90%). Chi-Square test results (bivariate) with p = 0.001 means there is a significant relationship between education and perceptions of puerperal women for postpartum visits in the midwife house practices Y Padang Panjang 2015. This study shows that maternal education is still low and have negative perceptions of postpartum visiting. Expected to midwives in order to improve education about postpartum visiting, so postpartum mothers understand more about postpartum and will do postpartum visiting.
