On postnatal care in Midwife House Practises L the subdistrict of Tanjung Raya Batusangkar . Lack of care during childbirth can lead to vulnerability of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship Knowledge about Care Mother Postpartum With Care Implementation Care Mother Postpartum in Midwife House Practises L the subdistrict in Tanjung Raya Batusangkar.The research method is analytical survey research design used is cross sectional. 30 samples 2 weeks postpartum mothers. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique which is determination is based on coincidence to meet with the investigator can be used as sample. Data analysis is done by Chi-Square test statistic using the computerized system with a degree of confidence of 95% (p = 0.05).From the results of this research is that of the 30 respondents, more than half (63.3%) have less knowledge of the postnatal care. Most respondents were not doing postnatal care (73.3%). More than half of the mothers who have less knowledge is not doing postnatal care (63.3%). Results of Chi-Square test with p = 0.001 means that there is relationship mother knowledge about postnatal care with the implementation of postnatal care.This research shows that knowledge of the mother is still low against postnatal care. Expected to midwives in order to improve counseling - counseling on postnatal care.
