Effort to increase the immunization coverage the government has provided means such as Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) run by cadres Posyandu. Cadre role in the success of immunization coverage is often not implemented optimally so as to make the performance of cadres become the worse. The results of interviews with 10 people cadre's in Puskesmas Perkotaan Rasimah Ahmad 2015, found that 6 cadres still do not know the types of basic immunization, and at what age a baby should be immunized, 4 cadres said that his role in immunization programs only provide counseling, and invites only people. This study of was to determine the factors that influence the cadre's performance in complete basic immunization activities in Puskesmas Perkotaan Rasimah Ahmad 2015. Type of research is quantitative analysis with cross sectional design. Population is whole toddler cadres in Puskesmas Perkotaan Rasimah Ahmad 2015, that is counted: 115 people, with a sample of 85 people. Data be gathered through questionnaires, and processed and analyzed with computerized using statistical test. Results of univariate analysis known that more than half of respondents have poor performance, sufficient knowledge, good comprehension, expressed support for the organization less, low motivation, and declare enough coaching cadre. Bivariate analysis known factors that affect the performance of cadres is comprehension (p = 0,001), organizational support (p = 0,015), and motivation (p = 0,007). Factors that do not take effect is knowledge (p = 0,347) and the development of cadres (p = 0,337). Can be concluded that factors affecting cadre's performance is comprehension, organizational support, and motivation. Be expected to conduct an evaluation of the knowledge and comprehension cadres about giving of basic immunization in infants and the role of cadres in these activities.
