From result of interview with patient, got by information that patient and his/its family worry do not know the way of taking care of and cleaning hurt at patient because patient grip to suffer decease its hurt moment is cleaned and the hurt only cleaned by nurse of this Research aim to to know relation/link treatment of hurt with the happening of healing of hurt at hurt patient tear in room operate on RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. Hurt is an broken situation of body network kontinuitas able to cause annoyed of body function so that can bother everyday aktifitas ( Suriadi, 2003). Hurt is destroying of normal anatomical function and structure effect of process of patologis coming from internal and also eksternal and regarding/ hit certain organ. ( Moya, 2003) Treatment of hurt is to action where a nurse clean hurt and change band at hurt which must be done/conducted by aseptip and antiseptif so that mikroorganisme do not come into hurt and do not happened infection. Design Research is Analytic Descriptive that is seeing relation/link treatment of hurt with the happening of healing of hurt at hurt patient tear in room operate on RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Year 2013 By doing/conducting approach of crossecsional that is intake of independent data and data of dependen done/conducted concurrently With sampel counted 40 responder people and data processing by using square chi ( Notoadmojo 2003 : 124). Result of research got by More separoh ( 65,0%) responder have treatment of hurt better, More separoh ( 62,5%) responder have occurence of healing of hurt better [at] hurt client tear ( laceratum vulnus) in room operate on RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi year 2013, Result of bivariate olahan got by P value = 0,023 < 0,05 ( Value P < alpha) by statitik Ho Refused by its meaning there is relation/link treatment of hurt with the happening of healing of hurt [at] hurt client tear ( laceratum vulnus) in room operate on RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. Expected by this research can be made by the source of researcher at research of selanjutkan because with existence of result of this pebnelitian can add researcher knowledge in area of reset treatment
